Map-TE.com Terms By registering for Map-TE.com you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. Unless you received prior permission from Map-TE.com, you may only register for one Map-TE.com account. URL Rules Before submitting a URL to Map-TE.com, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Map-TE.com account may also be deleted. *No sites with illegal activity. *No frame-breaking sites. *No viruses, trojans, or spyware. *No adult content. *Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms. *No HYIPs or "investment surfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States. *No PTP or Paid to Promote sites. *Map-TE.com has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable. AGE Limit You agree that you are the age of 18 or older. Commissions, Game & Contest Winnings You agree to receive any earned commissions through the payment option on site ONLY. All commissions or cash for contests are subject to review and may be subsequently paid up to 14 days after request and review of referrals are complete. A minimum of $20 is needed to request a cash-out. Each member and their referrals must remain active members of the site to be paid commissions. Being active refers to actively reading all ads as well as posting free and/or paid ads on the site and/or also may pertain to referring other active free or upgraded members to MAP-TE.com. Number of Accounts You agree to only create 1 account. Duplicate accounts and paid sign-ups are strictly prohibited. You also agree to have first and last name details listed on your account and you may be subject to proof of verification of your account including but notwithstanding a proof of purchase statement from the Payment Account. Accounts with the same first name as the last name and username are subject to immediate termination (ie. first name: john last name: john username: john) Accounts with obvious incorrect given or suspicious first and last names are also subject to immediate terminations (ie: first name: Barrack last name: Obama or first name: Ad last name: Exchanges). You cannot create an account using the USER ID or PASSWORD of "Admin" "Administrator" or any and all versions of the same. Your account will be terminated for doing so. Suspicious Referrals & Inactive Members We reserve the right to delete any member or referral that we feel is suspicious or a fake account. These accounts will be deleted without warning. We are not a PTC, PTR, or PTP site. DO NOT promote us as such. Posting Text Ads
Inaccurate Advertisements & Promotions We are not responsible for any inaccuracy or misworded advertising sent/posted by our members. This includes, but is not limited to, any advertising posted by our members for MAP-TE.com and any advertising posted by our members for any other site. No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed If your email address bounces or sends back MAP-TE.com a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. This includes Boxbe, SpamAssassin, and Google Autopilot. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact merlinregis to upgrade you back to your prior paid membership status. You will be required to show proof of your upgrade by supplying your payment transaction ID#. Your upgraded membership will not be reinstated without this verification. All referrals, credits, and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted. Sign-Up Bonuses If a Sign-Up Bonus is offered, it will be digitally or manually added within 24 hours of joining and is machine verified. If you feel you have not received such advertise bonus please contact admin if it has been more than 48 hours since joining where possible provide screenshots of the offer as well as the location you saw the offer.
Be Advised some people are less than honest and will use false claims to unfairly win referrl contest and build a downline. By screenshots and location URLs of fraudulent offers you help us eliminate bad actors and we promise to keep you annonomous in your complaint and in some cases will reward you with a reasonable reward for letting us know.
Promo Codes If you have a Promo Code immediately after verifying your email address logged in. If you do not redeem promo codes they will expire and you will lose them. Liability
It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your payment account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. MAP-TE.com will not be held liable. Policies Refunds SPAM The following are grounds for termination of your account: To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-opt-in list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for MAP-TE.com in emails. MAP-TE.com considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by MAP-TE.com terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in the termination of the offender's account. In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded. Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit MAP-TE.com actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities. MAP-TE.com reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program. In addition, MAP-TE.comail reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity. We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time. ANTI-SPAM Policy:All sites in the MegaAdPlex program are strictly prohibited from using commercial unsolicited communications including any digital format ranging from and including but not limited to e-mail marketing, social media group spam, forum signature spam, unsolicited notifications, use of software called adware, or malware to force downloads of our ads on unsuspecting visitors. Penalty for SPAM Policy Violations may include any or all the following. > Immediate termination of account: Be advised that under the law it is your responsibility to attend such court dates at your own expense and failing to appear will likely result in a judgment in our favor and recovery of lost sums from you. If you feel you have been SPAMMED by one of our members, please submit your complaint to the above-mentioned Information Officer Andy Anderson at the e-mail dotlocalseo@gmail.com with the subject: SPAM Complaint followed by the website name. We will address all SPAM and Privacy issues on a first-come and first-served basis within 72 hours of receipt of the notice. More details and any screenshots of the communication(s) will expedite this process and allow us to identify parties involved and act.
